Before I use a medical mask, I first fold it in half along the length and then make one knot in the ear loops so that each knot is close to each side of the mask. After I put the mask on there is always excess mask material that I tuck underneath to make it lie snugly on the sides of my cheeks. In the three nonsurgical 3 ply masks I have tried before getting these medical masks from Bona Fide, the excess invariably pops back out and there is a gap near the sides of my face. With the Bona Fide medical mask, there is enough excess material so that the tucked under part stays in place keeping a snug fit at all times.

There’s not much else to say. This company offers literally everything you could ask for from a mask company. Affordable pricing, FDA-certified masks, and they even come in a stylish black. When I moved and the masks didn’t come in time I emailed asking for the ship address to be changed and received an update within minutes. If I were to be extremely picky I could request that the masks be made in the USA, but then they would cost substantially more, and frankly I’m not sure it’s even possible or there would be more USA-made masks in the market. Anyway, buy these, combine with social distancing, clean hand hygiene, and you’re pretty damn unlikely to catch anything.
