One of the wands we bought has a loose hodge and doesn’t shut properly. This same wand also makes a loud buzzing sound when on, instead of the beeps like our other wand. Something is not right with it and we will be returning it when we get home from our vacation.

I ordered masks and the sanitizing wand. The masks came, the wand didn't. No response to my emails for a refund or for the wand to be sent. I am however receiving unceasing automated emails asking me to rate the wand they never delivered.
