CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

The mask itself is is fine and in my opinion one of the best options available. I own an essential business and have worked every single day since the pandemic started and fingers crossed so far so good. But FORGET about the mask. The service is the best I’ve seen! On my last order, I made a stupid mistake of sending my order to an old address that I no longer live at. Without reading much I pulled up a random Bonefide Masks email that I received previously and scanned for a phone number. I found one followed by the line, “call anytime”. Without thinking at all I called, mind you this is at 10pm PST. A man named Bill answered the phone and help me address the issue immediately. I thought to myself… Wow that’s great service! It wasn’t until my problem was solved did I go back and read the email where I found the number. Bill is Bill Taubner, the president of this company and the email was his guarantee that he stands behind their service and products and that he sure did. Some things that stood out when I made the realization… Its 1am in the east coast and the president of this company just picked up his personal line to take care of my $50 order. I would not be surprised if his company has sold a billion masks thru this pandemic, but the president of the company still takes care of business like I’m their first order. I wish the company continued success and hope they sell another billion masks.

Shipped...
The package was not in ups custody for over 1 well after it was marked shipped. Therefore the shipment arrived more than a week late. It arrived at my apartment days after I had already left, I'm currently traveling. I hope it will not be stolen when I return.
