The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    These are comfortable to wear and fit my face. I do like to put them on over a tight fitting level 3 paper mask .... I have a special way of putting them on so there are no leaks .... , and then it's not tight on my face, but that's my fault. These are good masks and much more affordable than N95's. I'm grateful.

    Ordered from Bona Fide and received my product pretty quickly, and that's counting the typical delay we have in our neighborhood where the parcel bins fill up and the postal employee bumps a package until the next day rather than bringing them to our door. The masks are pretty well built, the heat-sealed seams and edges didn't easily separate after a hard day of use (about 12 hours) and didn't get gross when I sweated into them (unlike some cotton-based ones). The nose-piece took a little bit of tweaking to adjust properly - the masks come flat, folded in half, so the nose piece starts off with a tight bend at the ridge. The biggest issue, and it's not one most people will have, is that these don't fit larger, broader faces that well, being the folded "hatchet blade" style of mask versus the flat surgical style. I also have a beard, so instead of the bottom edge being able to anchor under the chin, this one slides around a bit. Combine that with the very slick feel of the inner lining layer, means the mask slid around quite a bit and constantly needed adjusting. This might not be necessary with a more standard size face without a beard. I've seen some folks using the blister bandage type mole skin tape inside to help 'grip' against the skin, but I'm not sure how well that would stick on the fabric these are made out of.

    Snug fit. I have a small face and have a hard time finding masks that don’t gap. These fit well, ear loops not too tight, and the nose clip helps as well. Recommend!
