The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    These masks are comfortable while maintaining a good seal around the nose and covering nose to mouth. One can speak while wearing the mask without it moving. I am a physician and feel very protected with this mask in place.

    The masks arrived in good order and are high quality and comfortable.The ear loops are a little tight, even on my smaller-sized head, so I would not recommend for a larger-headed person. Although, mu son (who does have a large head) noted that they do stretch out a bit over time and do get to a place of more comfort. For me, they are fine!

    I find the Powecom KN95 mask to be comfortable and well-fitting. I'm happy that they now are available in black. Bona Fide Masks, the company that sells Powecom masks, does a terrific job of getting masks out quickly. I've always had fine service!

    Masks fit well, but headband mask breaks...

    I purchased both ear loop and headband masks. While the headband masks fit snugly and are usually great for wearing all day, taking the pressure off the ears, twice I've had one of the bands just break off the mask, just detach. Luckily, I always carry a spare, but it only seems to happen with the headband masks, and it's a mask that I've just opened and put on that day. I wish they were sturdier. But otherwise, both the ear loop and headband masks fit well.
