The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    I bought 2 sets of 10 masks- thought I was getting one white and one black, but received all black. The masks are too small for my husband and barely fit me- we are both small ish people.

    For masks that have been research verified as providing great quality protection at a good price these are an excellent deal. They can also be used in an average environment (i.e. not in a healthcare setting but in normal use) they can be reused and rotated many times so there's a lot of bang for your buck.

    I decided to give these masks a whirl after seeing them explored on a mechanical engineer's YouTube channel. Previously, I've tried non-surgical and fabric masks, but both were horribly difficult to breathe in. And they'd caused blisters/sores on the back of my ears, which had been rubbed raw from wearing them all day. So, I was on the hunt for a decent replacement. The KN95 Respirator Face Mask works exactly as specified. Some people felt they were too small, but they fit perfectly on my face. The angle of the mask (it's tented away from the mouth) made it easier to breathe in. It didn't get get sucked toward my mouth and it didn't fog up my glasses. The strings were comfortable, neither too loose or too tight, and so far, no blisters/rawness behind the ears. Out of all the masks I'd tried over the years, these ones both fit and worked the best. I would definitely buy them again!
