The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.
  • All respirators manufactured after May 20th, 2020 are affixed with an anti-fake sticker that can be used to verify authenticity. Click here to learn more.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    Well made mask - ear loops felt substantial and well secured to mask. Mask sealed around face nicely without gapping.

    Been wanting to get some KN95 masks in black and the Bona Fide masks had lots of great reviews. The masks arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My previous KN95 masks came individually packaged versus these came all in one sealed package, probably not a big deal, but individual packaging insures they are new and not contaminated. As some other reviewers noted the straps do fit over the ears pretty snuggly, which is good as they form a good seal on my face. I would say the size of my head is average, at least it is in bicycle helmet sizing, so the fit is near perfect for me. The 5 layers seem to offer good filtering and can make breathing a little tougher, especially if I am exerting myself. Overall, I am very pleased with the Bona Fide masks and plan to order more when needed.

    Just got back from 10 days in Europe. We had to wear the masks quite a bit and found them to be very comfortable, especially during the long flights.

    i feel more protected, and can breathe and sing more easily than I could with a cloth mask. Making the ear straps adjustable would go a long way to making them more comfortable without losing the snug fit. The straps make my ears hurt!
