The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.
  • All respirators manufactured after May 20th, 2020 are affixed with an anti-fake sticker that can be used to verify authenticity. Click here to learn more.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    As someone who works in a hospital, I'm all about masks. We're currently going to be switching to a new N95 and I hate it. It's smaller and looks like a duck bill. Anyway, I saw an ad for these masks and was intrigued. Bring on the ear loops!! My son, who wears glasses, gives these a thumbs up. Coverage was good, he wore it for a couple of hours and had no breathing issues. No fogging up his glasses. Ear loops were comfortable. I can't wear these at work, but I'm glad to have a stronger alternative than the blue paper masks if needed.

    Found Powecom on the FDA website. After checking the Bona Fide Mask website and finding that they provide a way to verify that the masks were authentic, I started buying masks for me and my family with confidence.

    Fit not...

    While the mask certainly blocked particulates from outside, it was uncomfortable as did not fit me at all - it was too long for my face and when I pulled it up high enough to cover my nose properly, it pressed on my cheeks and under eyes, and left me with a puffy face when I took it off. I plan to donate the remaining 19 masks.
