The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, ships from stock directly from our newly expanded Greenville, SC warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.
  • All respirators manufactured after May 20th, 2020 are affixed with an anti-fake sticker that can be used to verify authenticity. Click here to learn more.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    The masks fit very securely but are comfortable to wear. The layering of the material offers greater peace of mind.

    I am very pleased with the masks and customer service. The cover the face nicely leaving no gaps. Just wish the ear straps were a tad longer (1/8” or so).

    Great mask, but short ear...

    I was excited to order and receive these, since I saw them featured in the NY Times article and they are legit. However, once received the ear loops are a lot shorter than the blue medical masks I've been wearing, feel pretty tight and not as comfortable. Been trying to stretch them out. So that's the only drawback/disappointment, but I am happy with the mask filtration during these delta times and will make it work. Not sure what to order next time.

    I am really pleased to find Bona Fide Masks. After trying homemade masks, masks bought from Amazon, masks bought online, masks bought at CVS, Walgreens, H-E-B, and Costco, I feel I've finally found the right balance with quality and price. With this Delta variant rampant through the country, the prevailing experts say a simple cloth mask is not enough. This is why I started to research N95 masks again. I read an article in the NY Times about the risks of buying masks online where they mentioned Bona Fide Masks. The KN95 masks I purchased from here a month ago are the best! They are comfortable and fit well. I am very happy with the seal around the mask while maintaining breathability. I feel confident going to the store wearing this KN95. The shipping was timely and the service has been exemplary and also personal—probably because this is a family-owned business. Besides being happy with my purchase I am also pleased to buy masks from a U.S. business. I am especially reassured by the barcode I can scan and verify authenticity. I have been recommending Bona Fide masks to my friends and feel strong enough in my confidence with them to right this review. This is my permanent source for masks.
