The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    Many people are aware that these masks are highly reputable. Here are a few notes that might help people decide whether they're the right mask for them. The overall feel is very light and breathable. This is not a heavy, itchy mask. The size of the "cup" as it touches your face is on the smaller side. (I know these aren't cup masks, but not sure what else to call it.) People with larger faces/heads may not find these as comfortable or reassuring. The straps are a very nice soft, stretchy material that holds it's shape. They are on the shorter side, based on my experience with other kn95s. This may create a tighter fit (pressure on the ears) than some people like. My solution is to carefully stretch out the straps until they are more comfortable for my ears. Overall a terrific mask that is especially well suited to small or medium-headed adults, or even teens/older children.

    These masks fit very well with no openings around my face. The stitching along the edge keeps the elastic ear bands from pulling out, which has happened with other brands I have purchased. I am very pleased with my mask purchase and will be ordering more.

    This is my 2nd time purchasing Powecom KN95 masks from Bona Fide Masks (first purchase was the white one, this purchase was for the black one). Hands down, the finest quality masks ever, rivaling even the current N95s we have stored away for emergencies. These have been true lifesavers as we've had multiple potential exposures and outbreaks in our line of work and many of our co-workers were making due with simple cloth ones. As a result of the new Omicron variant and the surge in cases, we decided to share some with them and make sure they were just as safe as we were. Thank you, Bona Fide Masks, for selling these at an affordable rate and at such quality and value. We appreciate the care and concern you have for all of humanity!
