The Black Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, which ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom ® KN95 filtration material has been tested multiple times by NPPTL and the CDC and has tested well above 95% filtration of particles 0.3 µm (microns) or larger. Made to Current GB2626-2019 Standard
The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:

  • 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
  • Ear loops: Latex free
  • Nose piece: Adjustable metal

FEATURES:

  • Construction: Multi-layer filtration system of non-woven soft and breathable fibers.

CARE AND USE:

  • Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
  • Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
  • Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
  • Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
  • Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

    Despite the fact that the USPS tracking says “delivered,” my masks were not delivered. I went downstairs within minutes of when they were scanned as delivered and nothing was in or around my mailbox. I attempted to contact you by email and via Twitter and all you said was “they were delivered.” I intend to file a claim with USPS, but I’m told I must wait 15 days for Priority Mail. Terribly disappointed in this.

    I'm reviewing only to help make possible improvements to your products if you have a say in design changes. Really grateful for your company! Overall pretty good. There's a chemical smell that's a little worrying, it seems to fade if you off-gas it for 24 hrs before wearing. They may fit larger faces better. They leak air around the nose and fog up glasses no matter how many adjustments we make. I had to buy some double-sided cosmetic tape (made for skin) to try to get a tighter fit. We tried twisting the ear straps to make them tighter but it didn't work well and was uncomfortable. Adjustable straps that can be tightened behind the ears would be great. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but they were packaged well in sets of ten. We use ziplocks to carry individual masks. Very grateful for your company and your products, thanks!
