CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in a microwave oven.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibly dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95-SM mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

Still haven’t received it/unsatisfactory customer...
I still haven’t received my purchase even though I ordered it over a month ago. It has been stuck in transit for weeks so I reached out to customer service for a refund. Instead of providing me a refund, they tried to locate the package with the post office and provided updates when it finally started moving. Well, it’s stuck in transit again, with no estimated delivery date - again. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank since they refuse to provide a refund - I’m not paying for a product I didn’t receive.

Finally - A kn95 mask for...
It’s hard to find good masks for the kids. These KN95 ones fit children perfectly and provide excellent protection. Very comfortable, too!

Our family and medical office has been diligently using Powecom masks since the pandemic started. We’re highly satisfied with its quality and protection. However the regular Powecom masks were too big for my teenage daughter as they left some gaps. So once the smaller masks became available, we immediately bought some. Same quality but much better fit and seal for smaller faces. We’ve already placed 2 orders and likely more in the future.

Small mask great...
This looks like good quality mask. The small really is for a very small or child’s face. I gave them to my grandkids and they’re very comfortable. Lots of breathing room.
