CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in a microwave oven.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibly dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95-SM mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

I put my first online order on 27th Aug. 12 days later I contacted the customer service for shipping update and was informed the package will be shipped shortly. I recommended your company to some of my friends and I felt regret to do so. On your website it did mention 1-2 business day shipping, and after 12 days, if I did not contact, I have no idea when I could get my order. And there is not even one sentence appologize for it. Not happy shopping experience.

I bought these for my 7 and 12 year olds to wear to school. It fits my seven year old really well, but is tight on the ears of my 12 year old. Will purchase more for my younger kid.
