CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in a microwave oven.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibly dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

KN95 small Powecom...
So this is a two part review, one for the masks and one for the service of Bona Fide Masks. The masks KN95 small Powecom(of which I believe I only received part of my order) were great and fit a six year olds face very well and gave added protection when at school. The service from Bona Fide Masks has been a bit lacking regarding their ability to respond to my emails. I believe I ordered two sets of these small masks and received only one (the invoice after you purchase the masks is not real clear regarding amount of masks purchased so I have asked for clarification in the email since I was charged the price for two sets of small Powecom10 masks but only received one set). I did receive 2 sets of 10 adults masks I ordered on the same day. I orginally ordered the masks in late December and received them around Jan 5. I have had no response to my Jan 10 2022 email as yet. I have appreciated the companies generic emails regarding how hard they are working but I can't offer a good review for service as yet.

Good masks with one minor...
I recently upgraded our masks due to pandemic times and in-person students at school. They're good masks - I feel more comfortable with them than a fabric mask with also working in the schools. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of the seal for glasses. For the most part, it doesn't cause glass fogging, but if you take a deep breath and exhale, my glasses do fog unfortunately..

Shipping running behind but made it...
I ordered masks for an upcoming trip and didn’t understand why they hadn’t shipped yet so I called the number in the email and was directly connected to someone who made it right and shipped out a package of masks for next day so we would have them in time for our trip. Customer service is exceptional!
