The Powecom ® KN95 personal respirator, Made to the NEW GB2626-2019 Standard with Better Breathability, ships from stock directly from our Mount Vernon, NY warehouse, is a respirator face mask made of a multi-layer filtration system of non-woven breathable fibers and is utilized globally. The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

Over the Head Masks WAY TOO...
I ordered 2 packages of adult over the head kn 95 masks which seem like they were made for children. I threw them out in the trash

Overall...
The masks arrived in a timely manner and they are as advertised. Price is excellent. I told my neighbor about them and he ordered some. The only issue is they have a chemical odor. I have not needed to use them yet because I still have others. They will need to be aired out and I hope they will be usable at that point.

Good Quality and Prompt...
I bought these masks as they were highly recommended by Wirecutter as upgraded protection against Omicron. I was also happy to see they come from a family-owned local business and they came sooner than they would have had I ordered from a huge, geographically distant supplier. Very happy with this purchase & service.

Incorrect Order and No...
I placed an order for these Headband Style masks because they fit me better and I get sores behind my ears with behind the ear styles. I received fifty behind the ear masks. When I contacted Bona Fide to resolve the issue, Mike, VP of Sales asked me for a photo of the packaging to ensure all masks were incorrect. I did so and I've never heard back from Bona Fide. They never gave me a reason or proposed a solution. I'm still waiting and have not received the masks that I ordered.

Not best quality.
I ordered the Black Powecom ® KN95 Respirator Mask - Headband Style and this came exactly as I order, however, they are thin so I have to wear two at the same time, plus one of the straps broke.

Great company/Masks
I ordered a batch of masks with hopes of getting them in time for an upcoming event. While the company mailed them out in plenty of time, the post office dragged its feet in delivery. I reached out to the company to let them know that while they did their part, the postal service let me down. The president of the company reached out personally to appologize and overnighted me the masks I needed. That level of service is rare, and highly appreciated. I am now a fan (and customer) for life.
