The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

The price was reasonable, the fit was great with the back-of-the-head loops. Will use them on a Cruise Ship with confidence.

Comfortable
Masks are comfortable and easy to breathe in. Biggest complaint is I ordered black masks and received white ones.

Comfy, works great, need to be careful...
Live the overhead fit. Only complaint is you need to be careful removing and putting back on, because the elastics will snap off if you pull it too far away from face. That might be a design feature to help remove a dirty mask with a minimum of fuss. Didn't stop me from reordering a hundred more.

Mask Straps Too Tight For...
I understand the straps have to provide a snug fit, but the straps are way too tight for my head and thus become painful. I also understand that I made a huge mistake ordering so many masks at once, but I did not anticipate the straps being so tight. I emailed your company, the same day I received the masks, asking if there was a return or exchange policy, but there has been no reply to date. I bought 10 packages of the KN95 masks, and only opened one to try on a mask. There is no reason the other 9 packages could not have been returned, and I was considering ordering a different mask. Needless to say, the lack of response left a bad taste in my mouth and it is highly unlikely I will order from your company again or recommend your company to any friends. Thank you. PS - Your company was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who is a lawyer for the Department of Justice. I will unfortunately have to share my experience with him as well so he can decide whether to continue to support your business as well.

No response from two follow-up emails to...
Since receiving my order, I have written twice to the Seller and haven't received a response from either of my messages. While I'm thinking that Bona Fide Masks is a very reputable company, I can't help but wondering about that now, given its lack of responsiveness. I hope my concerns are proven to be unfounded.

These masks are way more comfortable than the previous N95 masks I ordered. The over-the-head bands are much larger so they don't press on my head as much. They are also easier to breathe in. I will order some more.

Great...
These are great quality masks and I felt protected as well as safe to be around others without spreading any virus I might unknowingly have contracted. I gave four stars, maybe unfairly, because the metal piece across the nose is a bit uncomfortable. Better than most but still made my nose tender. I'm hoping someone will come up with a way to protect that area of the face without hurting it. Maybe something a bit more flexible? With that said, I would still buy them again. Best masks I have found so far.
