The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

More comfortable than the ear...
This version of the KN95 mask is way more comfortable than the ear loop masks, which if worn for awhile start to strain on your ears. Very snug fit around the nose as well, but not difficult to breathe in. This mask is exactly what I was looking for.

So far so...
I've bought and used black and white masks from Bona Fide, with headband style ties. I prefer headbands because I also use hearing aids and glasses, not to mention occasional earrings, so the real estate around my ears is pretty dense. The masks fit very well (I have a relatively small head); there is more room to breathe than with cotton masks and I guess the proof will be in the pudding, though its hard to know if lack of Covid is due to the mask or the vaccination/boosters. I like the choice of black masks, somewhat more acceptable as a "fashion accessory."

Didn’t fit husband and strap detached when he...
My husband doesn’t have an overly large head but when he talked, the mask came off his nose. When he removed it, the strap came off. May be fine for a smaller person.

Over-head loops too small for my colossal...
As a Person of Big Head, finding comfortable masks is a big challenge, and these masks did not fit the bill. The first time I tried to fit this mask over my colossal gourd, the elastic strap snapped right off at the attachment point.
