The Powecom ® KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

I've placed four orders to date for Powecom masks,
I've placed four orders to date for Powecom masks, both ear loop and headband styles. Ear loops are easier to take on and off, head bands make a tighter fit, both types fit me well. I use the headband type in higher risk situations, such as grocery shopping, post office, doctor's office, etc and ear loop ones to carry with me while walking just in case I need to mask up quickly. Customer service is excellent.

The best subclinical disposable masks, period.
As a multi site security officer, one of my posts has been at a large retailer, and I had to greet customers and ask that they put on a mask if they did not have one, in areas where the population tends to refuse to wear masks and with high Coronavirus infection rates. I needed to be able to economically and comfortable keep myself safe while working 13 hour shifts and coming within ten feet of a couple thousand people per shift. After hours of research, making sure that these masks held up to their ratings, I feel confident in my safety while wearing these masks. It was difficult to find good masks with around-the-head loops, since earloops wear cutting my ears (literally), and since I got these I've been very pleased. I recommend anyone who doesn't have a specific need for expensive equipment to use Powecom masks. They've also been helpful when working in a construction site with lots of sources of dust. Protip: use two layers of electrical tape wrapped around the edge, secured with a layer of medical tape, to seal the top of the mask to your face so that you don't fog your glasses.

I purchased the style of KN95 mask which is secured by 2 bands behind the head and neck. This style is far more comfortable AND more secure than the ones with the elastic bands which go behind the ears.
