The Powecom ® KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:
- 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
- Head Bands: Latex free

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

- KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

Terrible Nose...
The material used in the nose guard section of the mask cannot be molded to conform with the shape of my nose. Since I wear glasses, this results in constant fogging. Thus, I cannot use these masks at all.

I'm not writing this review because this company is perfect, instead, I'm writing how this company went out of their way because of a mishap in a 2-day shipment that I needed before having to do airline travel. The shipment never showed up and I called the day it was to arrive as my flight was the next morning. The mistake was realized that the shipment was never made even though the slip to UPS was made. We conversed via email while I was in flight and they asked if they could send the masks to my destination. That would have been fine, but my return flight was on the same day. I asked since my shipment didn't make it and there is no longer an urgency that my I get a refund on the 2-day shipping, They agreed without question. A couple of weeks later, they sent me two extra packages over what I ordered. I was not expecting this and I will be ordering from this company going forward. Also, I have been recommending this company to my friends. No company is perfect, but what makes a great company is taking immediate action to correct any mistakes. 5 stars for this company for the amount of effort they took in communication with me, refunding me the 2-day shipping, and sending the extra packages. Thank you. You have a devoted customer here.

Masks fit and work great!
The masks were shipped quickly and I got them just 3 days later. With the headbands, the fit is snug and I feel the face seal working. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from...
I originally ordered these masks the end of November. They shipped the order immediately, but the package got stuck in-transit on December 5. It sat in limbo for almost two weeks with no movement. I called to see what could be done and Teresa immediately filled the order again and shipped it UPS, NC, even calling me to apologize for the delay. Absolutely excellent customer service. This is a follow-up review to an earlier one that I posted, complaining about the delay (like the crabby old lady I felt like that day...so sorry...lol). I would not hesitate to order again. In today's crazy Covid19 world, it is comforting to have a vendor I can trust and a product that is verified as real and not counterfeit. Thanks BonaFide! Thanks Teresa.
