The Powecom ® KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

Head band...
The headband mask was a good change from the ear loop design. Harder to put on easy to pull down around the neck to temporarily remove.

What about the shipping refund?
The products are fine but you never refunded the shipping. So one star. That’s $12 I wasn’t planning on spending. And that feee shipping was clearly posted in your webpage. I’ll let the NYT know so they can add that to their Wirecutter review.

Quality Mask; Good...
I have tried a handful of different brands and styles of masks since the pandemic began. I prefer this headband style mask for my family because the band allows for a tighter seal around the face than ear loop masks. These are also more comfortable for me as a glasses wearer. My 12-year old son wears these masks for several hours a day at school and doesn’t have to deal with ear pain. I appreciate that the price is very reasonable and that I can verify I’m getting an authentic product. Two improvements I would suggest are making them individually wrapped and making the bands adjustable. Overall, the mask makes a good seal on the face and feels lightweight.

Very Small and...
I feel bad I have to give this mask a low review because the company gave such good service. But the masks are uncomfortably small - even for my husband- and he has a small head by baseball cap standards. I hope this company finds larger N95 head strap masks and let’s me know about it as I’d like to do business with them again.
