The Powecom ® KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.

MATERIAL:
- 46% non-woven polypropelene, 28% melt-blown fabric, 26% ES hot air cotton.
- Head Bands: Latex free

CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in the microwave.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibily dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- KN95 mask is not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection.

Start with the BEST news: I used phone support to pinpoint how best to place my order and the advice was clear and precise, and it WORKED as promised! On the Not-So-Great side: we expected the actual mask to be larger. Suggestion: add photos of larger adults wearing the mask, next to “regular-sized” adults wearing the mask — if I had known, I wouldn’t have ordered 100+ masks. LIVE AND LEARN! But, given how long this is going on — I’ll be back. To order something larger. You do make something Plus-Size? … HOPE SO. Final note: LOVE THE HEADBAND STYLE! That was the deal-clincher for me.

Order not arrived one month...
I placed my order on Dec 18, 2021 and received its confirmation. On Dec 31, 2021, I received an email telling me my order had shipped; there was an order tracking number for me to follow the shipment. As of this day (Jan 21, 2022), the tracking website states my order is almost ready, that it is still in Mount Vernon, NY. I wrote an email to the company. On Jan 14, 2022, I received an email from Bona Fide Masks asking me to write a review. I sent an email stating I had not yet received the order. No response. On Jan 19, 2022, I received an email asking again that I write a review of your company and products. I usually don't like to air grievances over the internet but now appeal to you to provide me with information about my order via your review process. Order #970844.

Never received it.
The actual respirators are great—I've ordered them from Bona Fide Masks before—but I never received this particular order nor did I ever got a response either of the two times I tried to contact them about it.

I never received my order despite receiving an email saying it had been shipped. It’s 3 weeks after the alleged shipping date and the tracking number shows it has not been shipped. I email bonafide directly and did not receive a response

i have not received my masks...
I have had a couple of these requests to give feedback but i have not received the masks i ordered before Xmas last year. I checked the UPS website and they have no record of it. I know these are unprecedented times but can someone please advise as to where my order is before sending me another request to rate my experience? Thank you.

I ordered my masks a month ago and they have not shipped. I am very annoyed with this process and will not be ordering from Bona Fide masks again in the future. 1 star.
