CARE AND USE:
- Keep the face mask clean before use. Do not touch the rear side of the face mask.
- Do not wash the face mask with water. Water will destroy the filtering ability and protective nature of the mask.
- Do not steam the face mask or put it in a microwave oven.
- Keep the face mask away from vapor, oils, chemicals, paints, liquid, acid, and alkaline objects.
- Make sure to discard the face mask when it becomes visibly dirty or breathing resistance increases remarkably.

The only masks we use.
We have only used the Powecom KN95 masks for the past several months, switching to the 2019 standard when Bona Fide began shipping them. We have traveled both in the states and abroad, including a two week cruise with air and train travel. We are of course vaccinated and boosted but believe strongly that the Powecom masks provide that extra measure of protection, especially now with the Omicron variant. We recently took an 11+ hour flight. So far, so good!!

Great for...
I'm a teacher who bought the kid KN95 masks for my students who live in a high COVID transmission rate neighborhood. For the most part, my students have been able to keep the masks on for the school day. I think the ear loops help make the mask more comfortable for them. Their main concern is that it can be hard to breathe in them which is understandable for elementary school students. I would definitely buy them again from this company!

My first issue is that I paid $15 shipping for these masks to arrive in 3 days which was the quoted arrival on their website. I needed them for flights. $15 for $20 in masks and they didn’t come in time. I was home from my trip when they finally arrived. I emailed multiple times asking for them to cancel my order or at least refund the rush shipping since their arrival was now irrelevant. Also, when they finally arrived one of the packages of masks was opened on the side. So they weren’t even sealed properly. Whatever this company is using as their excuse is not good enough to cover for the fact that they aren’t responding at all to paying customers, they are sending products with a broken seal, and items aren’t arriving in time. I still never received a response to a single email. Do not recommend.
