The nose cushion is nice but the masks have a very bad smell which completely defeats the purpose of using them constantly. Tried contacting support but have not heard anything for over 2 weeks.

I think I have a medium size head; in the past wearing different types and brands of masks they've all seemed to be fine in terms of fit. The elastic on these masks seem to be a bit tight. My ears get pulled forward a bit. Seems that the elastic could be a bit longer. The bendable metal nose-piece has a foam covering which is nice. Since the masks are completely folded the metal piece has a sharp bend. I've found that taking a few seconds to make the bend a bit rounded helps fit over the bridge of my nose better. The masks fits very secure over my face with very minimal space for air to enter unfiltered. The masks are thicker than typical surgical masks. Overall these masks seem to provide a very high level of protection. The masks arrived in a reasonable amount of time with frequent updates from Bona Fide.

First off, it was mandatory to know that I was buying authentic masks. So it was nice to find this company in the news to know I could trust the authenticity. Comfortable and would fit many sizes. These shipped in a reasonable amount of time, but my order of N95s on the same day took a lot of me checking in with no responses and a long time to finally ship out. Shipping is taking a long time on them as well. My only thing I did not love about these KN95s is that they have a really strong chemical odor which is concerning. I have worn fabric masks thus far, so to have a mask smell like chemicals is scary. It makes me think about what am I breathing in? This is the only reason I did not give these KN95s a 5.

Straps to short for the average head (male or female)

We weren't sure what to expect in terms of fit and comfort - never having used them before - and were pleasantly surprised. While a little tight on me they fit my wife well, were rather easy to breathe through, folded easily and the 10 packs in a solid packaging is useful for distribution to family members. Definitely a positive experience.

If you have a small head/face, these are good. If you are normal sized (most adult faces) stick with the POWECOM KN95s. The ear loops on these Harleys are too short and they pull your ears and potentially slide off. These were tested with me (24” large head as well as my wife who is 5’1” and my in-laws - average sized faces/heads). Please note, the NIOSH headband Harley L188's are amazing if you want headband N95s instead for a better seal.

I ordered masks on 12/29 and received a confirmation email. Later I received an email explaining how the company is family owned, etc. It even had the owner’s name and email address listed and encouraged folks to reach out. I thought that was a nice touch (but hold that thought). On 1/5 I emailed the customer service address to get an update on the masks, as I needed them for a specific event. The email bounced back as undeliverable because the mailbox was full. So I emailed Bill (the owner) to share that and also ask for an update. No response. Finally received the masks around 1/10, almost 2 weeks after ordering. I realize everyone and everything is impacted by covid, but please don’t make offers and not keep them. Don’t include Bill’s email address if he is unresponsive. That is extremely unprofessional and annoying.
